Charlie Mountain is located in Rabun County, in the beautiful Northeast Georgia Mountains, located on Rainwater Trail, overlooking Lake Burton.
- Charlie Mountain Owners' Association is comprised of 21 homes and lots and was first established October 23, 1984 as Charlie Mountain Retreat. All properties in Charlie Mountain's Retreat are subjected to a mutuality binding Covenant recorded in Deed Book I-9, pages 312-331, records of Clerk of Superior Court of Rabun County Court.
