Benefits offered through Association Membership
- USPS is delivered to Association owned and assigned mailboxes. Mailbox keys for houses should be transferred to new owners by the seller at the time of closing. Property owners in good standing with the Associations, who do not have a mailbox may receive a key and an assigned box upon written request to the Association. USPS assigns the mailbox number. The Association delivers the key.
- A group contract is negotiated each year with Blossman Gas for the delivery of propane gas to each Association home owner in good standing with the Associations. This contract represents a significant savings on annual fuel cost. However, it is up to each new homeowner to contact Blossman and set up their account.
Roadways
Only the lower section of Rainwater Trail is a public roadway and maintained by Rabin County. All other access roads are private property and maintained at the expense of home and property owners. Any and all damages to any of these roads has to be repaired by the responsible parties.
Annual Association Dues
Charlie Mountain Owners' Association dues are currently $300 per house and $200 per lot and collected fiscally.
